Job Description:
We're seeking a meticulous individual to join us as a Screen Production Associate. This role focuses on coating, burning and reclaiming screens, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Dark Room. Crucial for ensuring top-notch print quality, you'll execute these processes with precision and care, contributing to our team's success.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization of the darkroom and all screens associated with the print shop.
- Execute screen burning process with precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate reproduction of designs.
- Reclaim screens efficiently and effectively to maintain optimal screen quality.
- Assist with inventory management and check-in process for incoming garments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

Requirements:
- Efficient and hard-working personality.
- Prior experience not necessary; all required skills are trainable in a short period.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.

Job Type:

Part-time to full-time potential (15+ hours per week); shop operating hours 8am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday (some Fridays during busy se or weekends may be required).
