User Eligibility

Intellectual Property Rights

• You grant us a limited license to produce and manufacture your content.
• Ensure your content does not infringe on others' intellectual property and is free from objectionable materials.
• SMPLFD may review content and refuse service for non-compliant content.

User Responsibilities

• Verify legal compliance and rights protection in submitted content.
• Notify us at info@smplfd.com for any infringement concerns.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify SMPLFD against claims arising from your content, terms breach, or law violations. Any claim settlements require our written consent.

Service Modifications SMPLFD reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without notice and is not obligated to maintain or update provided information.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are estimates and finalized upon detail confirmation.
• Additional fees apply for shipping, delivery, or non-print-ready art files.
• Payment options include various digital and traditional methods.

Turnaround Time

• Deadlines are not guaranteed, but we strive for timely completion.
• Rush services are available for guaranteed timeframes.
• Approval processes determine production start dates.

Spoilage Rate & Garment Disclaimer

• Read our full spoilage policy in our Resources tab.
• SMPLFD is not liable for garment manufacturing defects.
• Check for garment issues upon delivery and report within 72 hours.

Quality Assurance

• Errors reported within 72 hours of delivery will be considered for reprint.
• SMPLFD is not liable for lost income or damages due to errors.

Shipping and Transit

• Shipping is through standard carriers unless upgraded at your expense.
• SMPLFD is not liable for shipping delays or damages.
• Additional charges apply for shipping to incorrect addresses.

Custom Orders

• Custom orders are final and non-refundable.

Print/Decoration Placement

• Expect minor variations in design placement.
• Reprints considered for significant deviations from requested placement.

Order Changes & Proofing

• Changes to orders may incur fees and delays.
• Customers are responsible for proof approval accuracy.

Artwork Requirements

• Provide high-quality, correctly formatted artwork.
• Art fees apply for extensive design work.

Add-on & Rush Policies

• Add-ons and rush services are subject to specific terms and fees.

Garment Samples & Out of Stock Items

• Customers are responsible for garment selection.
• SMPLFD is not liable for out-of-stock items.

Payment & Cancellation

• Full payment is required at order placement or pickup.
