Job Description: We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our Finishing & Fulfillment team. This role is crucial to ensuring our products leave the shop looking their absolute best, properly packaged, and delivered on time to our customers.

PLEASE READ: This is a physically demanding position requiring stamina and attention to detail. You'll be on your feet most of the day, handling various materials and equipment in our production facility. The environment can get warm during summer months and cooler in winter, so adaptability to changing conditions is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Execute heat pressing operations for tagless labels, digital transfers, and appliqués with precision
• Fold and bag garments consistently according to specific standards
• Manage inventory, maintain warehouse organization, and assist with quality control
• Process online orders through our Shipstation system
• Handle shipping and receiving duties including packaging, carrier coordination, and delivery tracking
• Perform quality control checks on printed products
• Adapt to changing priorities and workloads across different responsibilities

Requirements:

• Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong work ethic
• Self-starter who thrives in autonomous situations while still being a team player
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Experience in fast-paced work environments (print shop or fulfillment experience preferred)
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend repeatedly, and lift 25+ pounds regularly
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly

Job Type: Part-time to full-time potential (24+ hours per week); shop operating hours 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday (some Fridays during busy season or weekends may be required).

Pay Range:

$16-18/hour depending on experience.
